Parking rules applied, Castle Howard, Christmas Eve

I'm a bit late posting this, been away.
Took the dogs for a walk around Castle Howard on Christmas Eve. On our return, near twin hard parked next to us. Bit more bling on the newcomer (LED lights etc, and its black pack looked added (no shiny radio console) and my steps are wrong (warranty replacement), but other than that two peas in a pod.
