I've had 2 deposits down for a couple of years but having now seen it in the flesh realise it won't suit our business. I've got slot 4 and 5 for the North Wales (or North West?) region. These will be delivered in Feb and are currently unspecc'd. I can get the deposit back however before I do are the slots worth anything to anyone?
