Tdci Heater control valve replacement?
I know there are plenty of equivalent options for the heater control valve but does anyone make a better version? Mine is knackered and it pains me to replace it with another crappy one. WARNING.

I'll put in a very good word for the Landreiziger one - easy enough to fit, and you get an infinitely adjustable fan speed.

Yes, that was a very helpful thread but all the versions I looked at didn't seem an improvement. Sadly I am not confident enough to make up my own. WARNING.

Not a particularly useful post I'm afraid, but as you suggest there are "equivalent options" available quite cheaply and as it's only a five minute job to replace I have resided to the fact that it's a service part that I will replace every couple of years as necessary

What I am trying to say is that this falls under the single use plastic category Rolling Eyes > 110 XS Double Cab
