Felt the need to bump this one up! Started a thread myself but glad i found this one some great examples and options listed out here.

If theres any updates or recent installs please share. In the market to add a front light bar.

I am thinking of routing via the door up into the gutter.

Are there any wiring kits of the shelf that can be purchased light bars and LR switch? Ill google

A good example of how roof mounted lights end up lighting up the bonnet. Not sure I could drive down the road with such a setup myself. It is very distracting having the bonnet illuminated, plus it tends to reflect back onto the windscreen showing up any dirt/marks on the screen, that you wouldn't otherwise see.

It is however useful when your headlights are underwater.

I see your point, with that said i may pay the extra and look for one that does both flood and spot. I can see some of the cheaper units flooding bad.
