It would probably depend on the sort of cover you're looking for too, as many standard insurers won't cover like for like on modifications or off-road cover... we do Smile
If you are looking for standard cover though then there are a lot of options out there, as we are a broker we aren't tied to any one insurer and use around 40 on our panel so we do the searching for you; with insurers that meet our standards of level of cover included and service in a claim etc.

That being said... we can't win them all but we do try Bow down

I agree. Mine is standard with just alloys added so perhaps thats why the price from them is competitive. Once I start adding bits I expect they with increase the premium or refuse cover. We will see Sad Mike

Hi Tolley

Why not give us a ring? We can take a look at your details Smile

Unless you live in the same postcode, do the same job, same mileage, same age etc the quotes will vary - there's lots of determining factors in insurance underwriting and there are statistics on all these factors and more!

Premiums vary wildly for the reason stated above, so little point telling you what we pay?

I'm happy to share if you want to PM me, but better speak with A-Plan Thatcham. Thumbs Up James

Just been told that because I have commercial insurance I'm not covered to drive any other car , unless I'm a named driver on that policy.
Anyone got the same .
