Detailed photos of the Kazakhstan pre-production Defender
This is lot of photos of the car used for the Kazakhstan launch film. Bear in mind it's not from serial production and some details are not as they will be on the production vehicles.

There are some details and design solutions that will be harder to accept than others, you who own the ladder frame beam axle Defender, take care of it! In the right hands it will last forever! I have the old Land Rovers I will ever need, make sure you also get yours before it's too late. But I also have a bunch of new ones, and more will be coming down my way. But which will be joining the collection to stay I don't know yet. Hopefully some of the ones after 2010 will make it to 30+ years old as well.

There are a lot of details for the haters to get going on, but realize the fact, this is the new Defender even if it became more if a Range Rover Defender than the old thing.

First the film of this actual vehicle

Great photos, pleased to hear good reports. I was really impressed with it to. It's all dreaming for me, but if I was in the market, I'm not sure if I'd chose the New Defender or a D5 Confused James

Brilliant photos Bow down thankyou for posting them, it’s very nice to see “real” photos if that makes sense.

It’s not a defender for me it’s price prohibitive and I’m not overly keen Thumbs Up 2015 HT XS 90

That trim in the load bay looks shockingly cheap, suppose its easy wipe down stuff, but it looks horrible. My ford fiesta has nicer looking trim Shocked

Agreed,

I think it’s shocking, horrible shiny plastic, but as you say easy to clean, not for me though. My 110 Adventure will be staying for A few years yet

It's the real Discovery 5 isn't it? Defender badge aside.

Great photos although the vehicle has no appeal to me whatsoever. Those detailed pictures confirm this even more.

Thanks for sharing though.

The alpine windows look totally pointless from the inside.

Cool it chaps, it’s just a car. I won’t have the personal insults on here, not the sort of forum I run.

Don’t inflame a situation, report it to me and take a step back.
