The four smaller holes are ISO M12 coarse series threads (1.75mm pitch), the two larger ones are ISO M16 coarse series (2mm pitch).
If your chassis is galvanised you will have to "chase" the threads on all the holes before a fastener will fit. |

OK - thanks - if that is the case then what I though were M14 threads are actually M16 that are clogged up from galvanizing also! I will get the taps and correct bolts.

Definitely M12 and M16, so yes you need a thread tap or two! ---
