Part SWO500030 - Wabco ABS shuttle valve
All since my ABS has thrown a fault I’ve been looking for a solution short of buying a new / refurbished unit

In my search I’ve come across part no SWO 500030

Now my repair guy has a disco pump and said he could cannibalise it and take the part to repair my ABS

Seems that it’s this part but I get conflicting data as to whether it’s compatible with my wabco unit (need to find out what unit I have in the first place)

Would appreciate as to whether it’s works or not.

This is what i fitted to mine.

It re-routes the wiring which usually cracks and corrodes in the shuttle valve switch pack. The td5 disco abs module is a straight swap although the pipe layout is marked differently. Still worth fitting the modified switch pack

Same shuttle valve on the Disco as Defender. Fit a new shuttle valve (around £35/40) and search on golden for Disco abs mod, I’ve done 2 Discovery’s and my Defender and they work fine 👍
