Don't Fancy paying off the Mortgage ?

Pretty good read, seems to be taking off in the states and Canada.

Interesting read, and always nice to see the little guy getting one over the corporate machines...

But - at the end of the day is this not just someone who has borrowed a whole lot of money (presumably in good faith), and now wants to wriggle out of paying it back?

And besides, as most of our banks are bailed out by us, who would be picking up the unpaid debt?

Seems like theft to me. If you spend the money on a card, you owe the money.
