Surely there is? Saint Patrick’s Saltire? Heraldically "inferior” to Saint Andrew’s Saltire, which is why the latter’s white saltire is positioned higher than the red Saint Patrick’s on the cobbled together Union Flag.

But after a possible (probable?) no-deal Brexit “Ireland for the Irish” referendum, who knows…
