Bulk head/Rear body bolts , anything special?
Hi, looking to replace the old rusty ones on the truck. There are 10 just below the rear door holding the body to the chassis.

The part number is AYG100240

Is there anything special about these bolts or could they be replaced with stainless ones. I'm suspecting the original ones may be hi tensile steel. Mike

You can replace them with stainless but they need to be isolated from the body with something like Duralac and nylon washers. Darren

What was posted is correct. I also wrap my stainless bolts with teflon plumbing tape to isolate the threads and I use nylon washers as well.
