Howling Moon Extension Ladder
Hi all,

Just received by howling moon tourer roof tent from Flatdog at long last. Could well be a stupid question but can’t see how the extension ladder provided for defenders fits on to the original provided. It has springed pins in place on the extension but no holes for them to slide into on the original. Do I need to drill holes or am I missing something?

Used to come pre drilled but easy to just put one in yourself when you know tent height. Make sure you have some slope on ladder when you mark for drilling, it allows for different ground and is easier to climb.

You need to drill the holes. I fitted the extention ladder and whilst pushing the locking pins in, moved the ladder up and down a bit. This way it leaves a mark on the main ladder so you know your drilling in the centre and your pins will fit perfectly. 110 D250 SE HT
