Terrafirma Dakar tyre options
Been able to get a new set of five of the above wheels in satin black for an amazing price to replace my white wolfs rather than blasting and painting them. Question is will my wrangler mtr 235/85/16s look lost on these given the offset?

Anyone got any suggestions please. Was thinking of some 30mm spacers to fill the arches a bit more? The wranglers are almost new so don’t really want to have to get new tyres.

Many thanks

Nick

This is what they look like with no spacers and 265/75 x 16 AT tyres: -

Not sure how they would look with 235s however, but i'd be tempted to try them anyway. Mine drives much more nicely with narrow tyres so have reverted to 7.50s on wolf rims.

I would advise with those wheels that you make sure your drive flange bolts do not have the sharp edges of the hex heads proud of the hub centre because when you slide the wheels on it takes a neat line of paint off the rims, which will corrode pretty fast. Blackwolf uses cap screws on his which I believe will remove the problem.

These are blindo’s with 255/85r16 toyo mt’s. They are the et15 ones so have slightly more offset.

Cont.... so if yours are the wider offset ones you may find you don’t need a spacer
