Aluminium internal handles
Has anyone upgraded their internal pull handles to the Aluminium type. There are some lovely looking ones on fleabay that have the words defender etched into them, but wondered if they stick in to your legs.
They also supply Pillar handles.

Just fancy smartening up the interior a bit.

Any positives negatives or alternatives welcomed.

Cheers

I replaced the original handles with cheapo mudstuff nylon straps purely because the originals stuck in my leg all the time. Pretty sure that metal would make that even worse!
When the nylon ones wear out, I'll get some of those very pretty leather straps.

I have the aluminium ones as shown in the OP and love them, but Mrs BW complains that they're freezing cold all the time and doesn't like them!

I did have some issues finding suitable screws and before I did on a couple of occasions the driver's handle came off in my hand when I tried to shutnthe door.

If you do fit them you can move the original plastic handles to the 'A' post where they are inconspicuous and extremely useful.
