Dual battery and fuse box | |
Well the time has come for me to fit a split charge system in preparation for my overland trips
At the moment i plan to use the National Luna set up, looks very good quality and has a controller to use manually with visual and audible alarms etc. but they are quite expensive
Battery wise I'm not entirely sure what to go for? Optima was top of my list until i saw the Odysseys, i have also heard that the Optimas are not fussed on full discharge and recharge cycles? my defender will be used extensively on the overland trips running a fridge, various lights, charging phones and tablets etc, but it will also be parked up for a week or two most of the time with little use. don't want to kill the optima
I also need to fit a Bluesea fusebox and hopping to fit it all under the passenger seat
