north east had a similar case with a sunderland foot ball player, the poor lad was fighting cancer, and his hero sunderland player was with him every step of the way, lay with him in his hospital bed etc. He even went to the lads funeral and got a tattoo of the lad too. Just shows you that not all are up their own arses.
