It does raise the question why someone would go looking at the share structure of the company.

For the same sorts of reason you have looked at and commented on company data:

According to Company Check HERE Mr Purchase is not an active director but has been the director of 5 dissolved companies

After all, I know it upsets a certain site sponsor when people post things on the internet as fact when it is not:

Also there is a BIG difference between a company being a sole distributor of an item and a company being the manufacturer.

The trouble is when people read inaccurate statements on sites such as Face book they believe them because it is on the internet!

OH DEAR, OH DEAR,OH DEAR

Guess where I have just been collecting stock?

Now I realise what I am about to type I can not readily prove, so people will have to take me at my word or not as they see fit!

I was speaking to 50% of the directors of both WVA Holdings Ltd and Zu Rims Ltd and asked him directly about the share holders of Zu Rims Ltd.

The shares of Zu Rims Ltd are 100% owned by the two directors. Company House records have not updated the shareholders record for over 3 years now.

Now I realise I can not PROVE that statement however I am personally willing to accept the word of one of the directors of that company.

So moral of the story? Just because it is on the internet/official record it does not make it correct/100%accurate or up to date!

So getting back to the original point of this thread, YES I am personally happy with the QUALITY AND REPUTATION of Zu Rims

I'll reply without the amateur dramatics...

Well that's very odd Whistle

If they are using the Webfiling Annual Return process then the changes they report are automatic - a fact you must know as your company uses this service yourself.

"The Annual Return will display the latest details held at Companies House. If these details are changed to reflect the position at the time of the made-up date, you will not just be updating the Annual Return, you will also change the details held on Companies House records."

and when you check the actual records the last electronic filing was made on 29th January 2016 and received for filing on 4th February 2016.

This details 4 shares, two of which are NOT held by your friends:

so it looks like they made an error in this submission - multiple times? Confused

It does however prove you to be wrong, again, in stating:

a very simple fact you could have checked before posting it up on here and becoming one of those people you rant about:

Rolling with laughter

I hope you inform your friends of the inconsistency on their company record as:

"If you do nothing we may publicly mark up the company or LLP record as inconsistent. This will be visible to any person searching your record.

If you continue to do nothing the registrar may ultimately issue a notice to resolve the inconsistency. If you do not respond to it within 14 days then the company and every officer who is in default may be guilty of an offense and liable for a fine."

I presume ZU rims are strong enough to handle 300BHP?
