Bowler Wheels... spacers, what type?
Calling all 18” Bowler wheel owners, do you run spacers, if yes, what type are you using please?

Looking for 30mm spacers to bump the wheels out a bit, then adjust the turning circle stops.

Thanks Thumbs Up

Do you run bowlers? I have a set that won’t line up with the cut outs to go over the bolts on the flange covers, won’t fit.

If I remember correctly 18in Bowler's are et15? So fitting 30mm spacers will put the tyres outside the standard spats? James

Never felt the need for spacers, plus they would throw even more crude off the tyres over the side of the car
and to be honest, would never fit them, seen too many coming apart let alone extra loan on hubs California F1, 75th 110 "Kermit", 50th Ann V8, 90 V8 Hybrid, 55 Series 1

Either turn the bolts heads slightly to get the spacers to fit over or change the bolts to socket heads (Allen key)

But be careful as the bolts can snap if you tighten them too much!! 2011 Defender DCPU 2.2 - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic30623.html

I run 18" Bowlers on my 90 & lowered Bilsteins (1" lower) & NO spacers.
Seems to work fine.
