All the tech staff these days seem to be about 19 years old. That may have something to do with it?

i don't think age is a measure of professionalism or pride in workmanship.

ND, if you haven't sent that email yet you might want to run a spell checker through it and look at the use of the there/their/they're in it. Not having a go at all, just think it will be treated better if the spelling and grammar is correct.
