So how did you retrofit a fuel pick up & float assembly with pump to work with the 2.4?

Update on my Paddocks replacment is fine i have not had any issues with the fuel since and have now stopped adding Redex but i will use the rest up prob when i remember to put it in, The one thing i do do is every 1 fill out of 4 i use premium fuel instead of supermarket fuel
As far as i know the garage dropped the fuel tank as new bolts in the tow bar bracket put in as they had to be cut off even after spraying all the bolts with something called ice something like a strong WD40

So how did they wire the in-tank pump? Is it on all the time or does it just work with the glow plug cycle or something?

Hi kaney, would it be possible for you to ask your shop on how they did it? It will greatly help those of us here with 2.4 Pumas considering this modification to the fuel system as we do not have the pump in the pick up assembly.
