Britpart Split Charge issue

I have the britpart system with the link and auto buttons.

This morning I came out and the car wouldn't start.

Without ignition on all the lights for both batteries are green.

With ignition on the main battery was in the red, aux was still green

This is the part where I thought i could just press link and then jump from the aux battery....nope...that didn't work.

Pressing link make a short beep but no lights and nothing happens. Pressing auto similarly does nothing even when the car is running.

I jumped it using cables which worked fine but aside from telling me that both batteries are charging and their status, the auto and link button now don't seem to work. This system is under two years old.

Anyone have any ideas? I did a quick goole but didnt come up with much.
