Manky rear door handle
The plastic cover on the handle is looking grim. Can I just use heatshrink and if so can someone point me in the direction of the type I will need?

Try a heat shrink end cap, pretty sure they have been mentioned on here before, a search should turn it up Smile  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

Cheers Martin.

Think I'll just order a selection and see what works best through trial and error.

Dragging Zed's topic back up again, is there such a thing as a replacement stainless rear door handle available?

I appreciate it comes as an assembly with the lock, etc, but I wondered if anyone had ever found one. My black
plastic sleeve is okay, but the steel handle is starting to go rusty now and it would be nice to have one that doesn't.

Thanks folks.

Indeed! Would I be right in guessing that your van has never looked cleaner than it does now too?!
