Spotted in Prestwick, Ayrshire today.
No shortage of kit on board and clearly big on travel and camping. I don’t recognise it from the forum , I’m sure someone will know it. Click image to enlarge |

I was in Orkney last October - couldn't open the door as it was so windy. If I'd had that roof rack, I'd have blown off the islands.

It's bad enough lifting the spare wheel off the rear door never mind the roof. Defender 90XS SW

Wow, check you lot out, it's like a women's coffee morning on here.
It's just an extension on the rack to get a kayak on. Cheers James 110 XS Utility 130 Puma Station wagon/camper (in the making) 90 Puma Hardtop |

My spare lives on the roof. It's a bit of a pain, but I don't make a habit of lifting it off daily! |

Some years ago I went to see a friend who took great delight in showing me a nest full of Pied Wagtail chicks under the bonnet of his old Leyland 275 tractor. As we left the barn we noticed a rather agitated robin as we approached his Series IIa, it's mate was sat on a clutch of eggs in the middle of the spare wheel mounted on the bonnet. With your spare wheel on the roof you've no idea what's going on in the centre of the wheel Defender 90XS SW
