[For Sale] 2010 60reg Defender 90 2.4TDCI hardtop SOLD

[url]Hi, I’m sadly looking to sell my defender 90, it was first registered 31st October 2010, 60 plate.. It has full service history and the Mot is valid until 9th August 2019, 108500 miles.

It’s the cheaper tax band of two hundred and something pounds per year, not £500 some models have.

Comes with electric windows, air con, heated seats, rear heated window with high level brake light, Land Rover rear rubber mat fitted, and rubber mats in the front and around seat box’s etc.

Added bonus of no DPF, I’ve also had it remapped with site sponsor empire tuning, I also had the EGR programmed out at the same time, there is also a blanking plate fitted for extra piece of mind, it has a panel filter fitted and the air box mod done with the turbine thing removed, the restrictive pipe is also gone, with a silicone pipe straight to the snorkel for plenty of air flow, goes like stink for a Landy.

Will be sad to see this go and not in a mad rush to get rid, it’s not used very often now, as my wife has got a BMW X3 we use most of the time now, she had a mini before so we obviously used the landy more for the dog, holidays, days out etc, so the landy has just become a toy now, and if it’s just a toy, I’ve got a V8 itch I need to scratch, so this is going and being replaced by a V8 90 with some luck.

Not many extras on it, basically standard apart from snorkel, heavy duty front bumper, it’s had the newer defender badge fitted to the bonnet in black, the headlight surround and grille was originally grey, but they have been sprayed black, and some aftermarket side windows fitted

The extension on the tow bar will be removed unless you want it, it’s there for when I have my bike carrier on as I have 800mm bars and need the extra length.

The number plate is going to be removed ASAP and put back onto its 60reg.

Couple of bad points to be expected, is a few light scratches from local green lanes, it’s not been off roaded on playdays etc, just a bit of country driving with the wife and dog, camera can’t even pick them out, and I’m sure if you spent a few hours polishing it, they would come out, if that’s the look your after, there is a scratch on the front drivers wing, someone did it in Sainsbury’s! But it’s nothing really, not bothered me one bit. Some paint come away from the hinge on the rear door, and some scratches to the bulkhead from storing things, disklok etc.

The air con would benefit from a re gas, and the drivers heated seat doesn’t seem to get warm, all the cables look good, and the light comes on the dash ok, so not sure, passenger works as normal, just want to be honest.

I’m looking for £13,500 for it, no vat as I’m a private seller, payment via bank transfer, or cash, cash would have to be put in my bank account with you there before I release the car, please get in touch if your interested, or would like any specific photos or videos etc.

It’s obviously going to get a good clean inside in due course.

Cracking looking defender, looks well looked after. I don’t suppose you’ve got a link to the silicon air hose have you that you fitted from snorkel to air box?
