Just wait until the ends split or blow off the main body then buy a uprated one.

Have a look at the BAS thread on inter-coolers looks like some real science has been applied to their offering DEFENDER 90 TDCI XS,

I hope everyone is well and your land rovers make you happy

I think allisport make the bas cooler.

I have the chiptech (alive ultimate cooler) on mine for 5 years 😁 currently running a preditor 2 map with egr removed, allisport manifold and uprated boost sensor Thumbs Up 2004 TD5 Defender 90 xs station wagon

BAS ditched others makes a few years ago and market their own which is different in many ways to the others.

their WEB site and thread on here make sense worth a look before spending ££

The bigger the intercooler, the cooler is cools the air passing through, the cooler the air, the more dense the combustion so more power.

People that can notice the difference between power on a 30 degree summers day and 0 degree winters drive, its basically that.

I have rempped TD5, then fit an Allisport cooler and it made an improvement.
