Cubby box re-skin!
Does anyone make/supply just the covering for a cubby box? Mine is a 2001 TD5 and the cubby box is looking a tad tatty. All it really needs is a re-skin. Mike

Watching this with interest as I too would like some more petrend / real black leather for the top. Happy to use the existing as a pattern.

I think the skin is stretched, glued and pulled tight with staples underneath. It would be quite a bit of work to replace and get a good finish, without wrinkles. The material should be widely available on line, just look for upholstery suppliers. Be quite tempting to upgrade to leather. You could carefully remove the old and use it as a pattern. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

I might have a look for something that will do the job but if the old stuff is glued on there's no going back! Mike

Its a PITA to do and best left to a pro in my opinion. i have done it and it is a fiddley PITA. I used leather and just cut and used the original vinyl as a template. Sewed the two pieces toghter and stapled it on. If your vinyl is in decent shape suggest you paint it.

This rear seat cubby in my 110, I recovered the lid in leather and just painted the rest. It was grey. That was a few years ago and it has held up very well. Good luck.
