Marple road garage, if itโ€™s anything like mine or the stock they had in when I looked there it will be a good one.

I bought my Puma 110 SW from Marple Road garage 11 years ago, they were great to deal with.

SPTA range wagons used to be painted like that, maybe itโ€™s one of them in a previous life.

I also like it as does the lady if the house Thumbs Up but am I missing the point and struggling with the concept of a ยฃ17k tdi once you add the VAT? Others currently for sale elsewhere are more, but I'm wondering if it might be worth trying to source one direct e.g. From Whittams or The like Question Rob

Please forgive the schoolboy question but I'm assuming they are 24v electrics, in which case does that present any practical issues Question Rob

That paint style brings back memories, thats the Can't be arsed/ Not enough paint paint scheme from when they were bringing back wolfs and later WMIKs as they were being phased out relegated to B Fleet and Convoy force protection.

Nowdays they permanently wear 3d camo.

yep 24V, The only thing you need to know about 24 volt is that you can install a boiling vessel which are made just up the road from me, I'd die for one in 12V.

Curious i never noticed they never had dual air feeds? Snorkle and wolf Air intake? Sign me up where can i get a td5 kit?! I'm on IG: https://www.instagram.com/osloblue42/

There are many different air intake set ups on these vehicles, twin โ€œwolfโ€ intake is a covered intake fitted to each side and linked together via one pipe, the idea is when traversing deep water one side is positioned lower and the air pressure prevents water ingress so the engine can draw air from the side out of the water, the cover also helping to reduce dust ingress, the Raised air intake is fitted for vehicles operating in dusty climates and helps to reduce dust ingress and then there is the waterproof version for wading vehicles.

Sorry only a quick explanation, if anyone needs or wants to know about the Wolf drop me a pm. Thumbs Up 90 wolf - Jasmin http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic39408.html
