Mick if you just took a grinder and made two small cuts at the front on the steering guard the bumper would fit.

Was thinking of going down your route the Mantec bumper has some lugs that bolt on were the steering guard brackets go.

Yeah they do. You can get round it but if you're not happy you're not happy. A bar would be fine though but remember to get the spacer for the drivers side if you find one on ebay.

The powder coaters I use do safari equip so if I ask nicely I might get some discount.
