Little update here.
New mods:
-Optimill qr boss
-Motamec 380mm suede steering wheel
-Alpine headunit, double din screen with single din mounting, made a carbon surround for it
-Alpine speakers and tweeters
-Cruise control
-HD flanges
-decat and mid box delete
-Td5Inside map (what a difference!)
-winch bumper
-refurbished warn winch (+rope)
-tree sliders

I think I'm getting carried away a bit 🙈.

Initially I found the tree sliders too wide for the look of the truck, but they have saved my body panels on a few occasions already, so they are staying.

Still have a wheel wobble above 70km/h, probably balancing issues or swivel bearings. Most likely I'll be changing the tyres to 285 km3's so if it remains I will be changing the bearings.

Next is making it a bit less harsh on bumps (its still on standard shocks and springs), but its a big dilemma between standard length Fox shocks with standard springs, or Fox +2'' - ome springs (softest available, 30mm lift?)- dislocation cones etc.

OME Springs are top notch. May be worth considering Koni dampers, give a brillaint ride!

Save on the cones and use jubilee clips to hold your springs in place. Instagram @defender_ventures

Koni is another option indeed, do you find them on the hard or soft side?
Thing is that this is a very light vehicle compared to some, and I have read (alive tuning's website for example) that Fox do well on light vehicles.

Ome shocks and springs gets my vote. Run them on my sofa top with 35mm lift iirc. Cheers
