My 110
Hi all

Just wanted to introduce myself, I’m Stuart I’ve been a defender fan for a long long time and finally managed to get one! Here she is. I’ve been playong and adding a few minor mods over the last couple of months.
Hopefully some of you will be able to help me with some advise as I do more

Very nice! How do you find it with the roof rack? I’m considering getting one but do a fair amount of motor way driving so don’t want it to be any louder.
Also I don’t want to make the 24kgs of sound deadening I’ve put in to be a waste!

I don’t really notice it, but I don’t do motorway miles. I don’t care about noise of a Defender though to be honest, I just drive and enjoy it. It certainly doesn’t stand out as noisy.

Welcome to D2N & Defender ownership Thumbs Up Be warned this site could very well cost you a fortune!

To comment on roof rack noise, I have the Hannibal and you don't know it's there until you hit about 65-70mph then you do get a low howl, not bad though. I do have full sound insulation though. James
