Alloy Wheel Refurb Cost?
I have a set of 16 inch freestyle alloys and was looking around to see what people are willing to pay for refurbing them?

I want to try and copy the 50th Anniversary style with a silver lip and grey centre.

I am based in N Yorkshire but can be couriered elsewhere - any recommendations please?

Thanks in advance!

I was quote £60+vat per rim for colouring the standard boost rims anthracite. This was to remove tyre, strip, spray paint and oven bake. James

Good price in my experience if quality good and includes fronts and backs - will be more I would say with two colours but like the concept a lot as per Martin's Thumbs Up Rob

I had mine blasted and powder coated but the colour was off so I bought some paint in rattle cans and sprayed them, masked them up and then sprayed the silver rim... just don't do it in the kitchen Laughing

I think I paid about £40 a rim for the powder coating. It gave the wheels a good finish as they were a little bit tatty to start with. 1993 200Tdi Defender 90

Thanks all that gives me a ball park figure - now to find some one local!

Yes CarMan I am struggling to decide what wheels I wanted to upgrade to. Then thought keeping to an LR wheel but with a slight design twist in terms of colour might look good!

Will post pics when I get sorted!
