2011 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 ST Santorini Black
Parkside Huddersfield
With my 90 now being 4 years old I thought I'd try the local independant for service and MOT. Booked in for a B service today. The owner and his no. 1 are both ex main dealer.
Dropped off the 90 at 8:30 and collected mid afternoon. Total cost £380 which I thought value for money. Another positive is they are linked to JLR main frame so online servicing is all logged as if it were main agent. Thumbs Up

Had a new clutch fitted there when I had a Defender.

Very happy with the service.

Nice to hear from you prezzy. Did you get sorted with the 60th? Did you move away from LR altogether?

Reluctantly accepted the offer for the 60th

I think we all value our cars a bit higher than what they're actually worth but I got a few valuations from various places and they said what I was being offered was about the going rate.


Got a Freelander 2 to put me on for a few months/years while Land Rover decide what they're doing with a Defender replacement.

Great car is the FL2. If I get flashed by a FL2 in Hudds then I know who it is.

I had a Freelander back in 2007 and loved it, this is the SD4 model so it's taking a bit of getting used to the auto after driving manuals all my life.
