Morning chaps, does anyone know if a discovery 2 air box is the same as a defender td5 one?

The main difference is the (removable) incoming air duct. I think apart from that they're the same

That’s what I thought from the pics
they are half the price of defender ones so I’ll order one of them instead as I have the pipe to swap over.
