I was wondering if September-ish would be OK.

Harvest would be over, children back at school and the rugby and shooting seasons not fully under way.

Maybe a few less tourists in the village and more room to park.

However if people would prefer to come sooner, I would still be in.

(If later, I'd be happy to put up a reminder thread nearer the time).

I’m in date dependant. Suggest just choosing a date a put up a sign up 👍 happy to camp Saturday night at a site or other if any are interest 👍

OK, so looking at Sundays that are possible for most people it seems we'll have to go for Sunday 23rd September.

If most can make that I'll put up a separate thread under a different title, to see who else might be interested.

Finchingfield can get quite packed if the weather is good, so if there are enough vehicles to do a "parking rules" photo and there is not enough room in The Fox car park, we could pop a mile up the road (to a meadow I know

) to get them all together for a photo, before we disperse.

Meanwhile, let's see who can do that date and take it from there?
