Im doing the same thing and I've useBlack Tiger Seal.
Whether thats thje correct stuff i don't know but done the job |

Black butyl sealant non setting is what you want. The 3M stuff is good but expensive

Unibond do one, available in most DIY shops as "guttering sealant" ![]() |
