Sealing the corner of window seals

I am currently swapping the external weather seal on the front doors of my 90 and want to seal the corners as it is a known source of water ingress. DumDum was always the preferred option but you can no longer get it, can anybody recommend an automotive water proofing black putty like substance?

Im doing the same thing and I've useBlack Tiger Seal.
Whether thats thje correct stuff i don't know but done the job

Black butyl sealant non setting is what you want. The 3M stuff is good but expensive

don’t use tiger seal you’ll never get it apart again!

Unibond do one, available in most DIY shops as "guttering sealant"
