anyone converted the rear shafts

evening all ,i`m now changing my front flanges , they are sooooooo knackered . now the rear , 2004 onwards also had flanges like the front , mine is 2001 , so the rears are the shaft with the flange attached , is there any benefit converting the the new rear shafts and separate flanges

Don't change them - the one piece shafts are the best ones. Darren

No advantage whatsoever, and several disadvantages. There's a reason LR changed back to one-piece shafts in the final years.
