Myway Voyager Expedition Trailer + Oztent RV3
This is my much loved Myway Expedition Trailer camping setup. I used to have my old Maggionlina Safari on top but I found the Oztent RV3 is much more accommodating, practical and spacious for light camping.

Additional extras I added to the trailer:

Eberspacher Handiwash for hot and cold water.
Engel MT35 fridge freezer is simply incredible for the minute power draw.
Calor gas bottle secured inside with drop down cooker

Cool

Cheers! Swap it for your Puma! Very Happy The RV4 is a really nice size but there is a price hike.

In reality, sadly I might have to sell it before the year is out, will have to see. Easily the best holiday's I've ever had... and I'm a lazy g*t that likes to go on cruises Laughing "Big green" 2000 Td5 90 IRB Developments modified (2004-2011)

Interesting you find the oztent more useful. do you think a soft tent with drop down room would be a good mix ? i'm trying to spec up a trailer myself at the moment

Good question.

A dedicated roof tent would be a good mix but not perfect in my opinion.

The pros and cons I had debated after selling the Maggiolina and ultimately choosing the Oztent were:

Oztent benefits: Lighter to transport, cheaper, easier to store securely and dry in the garage, cooking gases dissipate into the air instead of rising up into the sleeping area and the Oztent just has more ground space overall. Also allowed me to have the bonus of being able to carry bikes etc on the trailer instead of lugging them on top of the 90.

Cons: Slightly longer pack up time compared to dedicated root tents. Also the height requirements needed for some tents. "Big green" 2000 Td5 90 IRB Developments modified (2004-2011)
