'Warm' the end of the crank with a blow torch, I say warm because you don't want the thing glowing red hot.

Drill a hole in it, there is a void between it and the crankshaft,
Either use a slide hammer to pull it out, Or you can drill a hole to accept a grease nipple and force it out with grease. I did one a while ago, and did post my findings, they are an absolute  to remove!

There’s a special tool for removing them around £60. You have to shatter the center and then insert the puller.
