Thats great I wish it was always like that. You can get "tire kickers" for house's just like cars they just come for a nosey no intention of buying just a jolly outing for them. sad but true.

I have just bought a house and from instructing solicitors to completion took 6 weeks. I used Lockings Solicitors based in Hull based on a recommendation of a friend who buys and sells a few properties and they were very good. Very quick and very thorough. No I am not connected in any way to them, just sharing my experience.
