Another over heating issue.

Hello all, I know there are a million over heating posts in here but I think I have a new one for you. So she kept getting hot when I was driving around town. I bled the coolant system and topped her up and it would be fine for a little while but then the coolant would blow through the radiator cap. I have changed the cap and the thermostat and the problem continued. I am in the process of changing the head gasket (which shows no sign of any issues) but is there anything I am missing or forgetting?
