I have used flickr. It might have changed meanwhile, but in any case up until a few months ago you could create a bbc code on the desktop website (so in the browser on your laptop or desktop computer, not in a browser or app on a mobile device ).
Upload and select an image, click on share (a bent arrow, not the three connected dots you might be used to from other apps) and if all is well you should still be able to choose bbc-code. I was going to recommend Imgur as well but I believe some people, due to security settings in their browsers, can have issues seeing Imgur images that are embedded into forum posts.
