Looks to be a NAS spec Defender - but on a Q-Plate; Similar to a 50th. Looks to have a suspension lift - apart from the Q may make a nice project. Similar spec vehicles - Jap imports sell for about £15k, so may be a bargain if bought for about £5K |

Damn....was hoping no one else had noticed !
Would be interesting to know what led it being put onto a Q plate? |

Im pretty certain it’s a factory development vehicle -possibly for Japan spec. Guessing it didn’t 1uite get scrapped, hence Q plate...?

apologies for letting everyone in the potential ebay find
Chassis number would probably give some more info; such as engine and gearbox. There are lots of NAS (then 50th) parts; which are more than just bolt on trinkets - has the metal plate on the rear - plus aluminium winders. Its definitely got all the right looking parts; NAS... related in the right places; but RHD. Be interesting to see the engine bay. |

I quite like that. I used to own a Q plate V8 with no issues. Could be a nice buy. James

It lost 900 odd miles between mot’s, dont quite think the mileage is a true reflection, apart from the colour it looks fairly tidy

That it is an interesting one. If I had room for a 90 I would be tempted.

It’s got a non LR vin, so I am fairly confident it is a scrapped development vehicle that’s been registered rather than crushed.
Seriously tempted by it! |
