Good idea I have a small 3 ton bottle jack maybe try it under the chassis see if it works or go for some poly bushes.
Really wish i had left the original ones in now although they must have been shot after 25 years but they looked good. |

Sykes pickavant kit would make short work of those bushes. Don’t know how I could get that one past the CFO

Just for info - with 20t hydraulic press it was only once up to 6t. The rest was less. "Drobek" = The Small One - Discovery 2, "BlufÃnek" = The Blue Thing - Defender 130, and for me at least Ford Mondeo

I actually did this.
I replaced Radius arms, panhard rod, trailing arms and A frame all at the same time. just make sure you park your defender on a perectly flat ground. the truck is not moxving anywhere. chock all 4 wheels. |

I did this all on slight (slight) incline and the rod ends moved a wee bit out of alignment with the rear axle, nothing a ratchet strap couldn't pull back in to place though
