I think you are right, I'm tending to think a lot of areas will be flagged on the actual Plains in light of that. If I read that notice correctly, it appears to be along the lines of a caution regarding a lot of military activity present. And definitely suggests permissive routes are shut and statutory BOATS access only. Regardless, we will have the meet location as planned and there are lanes near but outside of the Plains if flags are up. _\Hennessey|Venom| F5/___
