Excellent call, I disturbed the seals to get access to the bulkhead hinge bracket bolts and where the leak is dripping from, your suggestion makes perfect sense, Thumbs Up

Found it, got a drip from the bulkhead to windscreen seal internal gutter, may have to run more silks flex onto the seal😁

I've thought about this as I have noticeable ingress on the D/S into the footwell. So I've considered taking the Def to a car wrap shop and asking them to cut a strip of their transparent bonnet stone-chip protector to match the shape/length of the seal, including wrapping round the edges. Might have to take the wipers and windscreen brackets off when in workshops, but I think this would do a good job, especially on the edges, be less DIY and more invisible than SilkaFlex, but of course cost a little more. Monsieur Le Grenadier

I've not been everywhere, but it's on my list.....

I cut away the seal to a depth of about 1/8" all the way around and then filled the resulting gap with black PU sealant. If done carefully (mask with tape etc.) then it wouldn't look anything other than standard.

Seems to have stopped most of my leaks, at least the ones from there anyway.

Stopped the bulkhead to WS seal leak...I think, but put a hose pipe on the vent flap this mornimg and it was like a waterfall drivers side, can only imagine that the foam seals at the vent flap are not doing there job. Bit of a nuisance as with previous rubber seals there was no leak at all Neutral

Update, went to Land Ranger today and bought two rubber front vent seals, removed drivers side foam and fitted the rubber with a touch of silicone to glue. Really was never confident with the foam seal..just didn't seem right. The rubbers seems to fit the year as it had rubber seals as original.

However I may have sourced the culprit letting water in and that may well be the bonnet to bulkhead buffer which was in a state of disrepair. New ordered.

Will post a picture of the rubber seal fitted when get some daylight.
