Scraping noise from front right wheel

Ciao,

The past week or so I have noticed that when I take a sharp right hand corner the front right hand wheel makes a scraping noise. If I break around the corners as well the noise is slightly quieter but still there.

I initially thought it might be a bearing, (even though it's not a bearing sort of noise) but as I have only just hit 20k miles I thought this was unlikely. I jacked up the front wheel anyway and gave it a good tug in all directions and there is no play at all.

I then took the front wheel off as I thought it might be the disc guard but there are no signs of the disc guard touching anything.

I'm now lost on what it could be. Pads have LOADS left so even though braking seems to make the noise quieter I don't think it's to do with them.

Any ideas?

if you spin hub by hand a round now will it make the noise now

Nope, no noises at all when I turn it.

No stones and nothing is touching where it shouldn't be.

Got to be doing about 30mph with more than a 1/4 turn on the steering wheel for the noise to present it self.

Yes it is and I have to have the high tone horn replaced. It's just a pain in the ass, going to the dealer whilst they look at the problem, waiting a week for parts then going back when they have ordered the parts etc
