[For Sale] Defender 110 Utility 2010 ~ 22000 miles ... SOLD

I know I'm going to regret selling, but I am offering my Defender 110 USW for sale. I am the first owner from new and ordered and purchased it from Marshalls Land Rover, Bedford.

The vehicle was first registered 03/09/10, the specification I ordered was a base vehicle in Fuji White plus:
1. Air Conditioning Pack
2. Comfort Pack
3. Cloth Seats
4. Tinted Windows
5. Alarm Upgrade
6. Cubby Box

My Defender has been a second vehicle to our household and has only been used as a recreational vehicle, a base for walking, biking, camping and motorsport events. Never been used for work duties and offroading, save for campsites in Wales, Peak District, Le Mans, Billing, Goodwood etc.

Adding reasonable enhancements along the ownership. The vehicle has the current extras fitted;

Items to enhance the vehicle for camping duties and mostly to protect panels and trims etc.

The vehicle has been dealer serviced throughout my ownership and I can break this down as follows:

1. 2010 > 2011: 3442 miles ~ Marshalls LR dealership @ Bedford
2. 2011 > 2012: 6813 miles ~ Stratstone LR dealership @ Newport Pagnell
3. 2012 > 2013: 9929 miles ~ Stratstone LR dealership @ Newport Pagnell
4. 2013 > 2014: 13960 miles ~ Stratstone LR dealership @ Newport Pagnell
5. 2014 > 2015: 16961 miles ~ Stratstones LR dealership @ Newport Pagnell
6. 2015 > 2016: 20631 miles ~ Stratstones LR dealership @ Newport Pagnell
7. 2016 > 2017: 22216 miles currently

I have a Land Rover Dealership service plan still live and yesterday booked the vehicle into Lancaster Land Rover @ Milton Keynes.
The car is booked in for a Year 7 (84000) service and MOT on the 01/09/17.
This service and MOT have been PAID for already as part of the service plan and is worth £594.43

Really enjoyed the ownership throughout and have had many enjoyable trips, buy regreatably at best 3500 miles a year, i'm not using the car enough and it's time to get a smaller van. T6

It's been a while since a Defender has had me looking for a reason not to buy it.

Can I ask, has she has any underbody protection ie dinatrol etc?
What is the annual tax disc? Assume £250?

updates/ommissions ...

meant to show V5 with both key sets.
The vehicle is the 2.4 model. It was recalled twice by Land Rover. First was the: Park Brake Oil Contamination issue, and the second was: Fuel Tank Breather Relocation.
I pay my road fund licence on the monthly at £20.12 ~ (£241.44 year/currently). My local LR independant took care of the underside protection with a number of applications from new.
