Defender Hearse
I'm sure I spotted a silver 110 hearse today on the M1 near Lutterworth Shocked

It looked like 2 door USW with long windows in the back and had the number ****LRO.

Anyone on here?

The lengths some folk will go to get 1 last trip in Wink

It's no different to a motorbike and side car hearse.
I've seen prime movers(lories) used also.
It's about meeting the desires of the customers.
If available over here I would think the wife may send me off in a Land Rover. Cheers,
Kyle.

When a very good friend of mine went (Simon Crisp, from Brizzle, if anyone remembers him?) we had his coffin in the back of his orange(ish) 110 HiCap.

Tailgate down, obviously Laughing

No odder than the FV432 hearse that is out there.

My friends dad went for his last journey in the back of a 1942 C15 Chevrolet 15 CWT driven to the crematorium by his son. 1995 Defender 110 CSW

There's a local funeral directors near here who came along to our company fun day in aid of a local Hospice and the Defender hearse was here.
My brother in law and I were looking at it and he was joking that I should book it for my last journey but I said as others above have said, no I want to get there etc.
The young undertaker wasn't happy and gave me a grave look !!!!

Each to his own, and one of my best mate's final journey was in a trailer towed by a Harley Servi-Car.

BUT, I find its not being black a tad disrespectful.
