How to Post Pictures

Can anyone write the simple guide to posting pictures and documents, such as PDF and Word documents? I believe there are size limitations and there might be other reasons why we can't post.

You click on search using 'Posting Pictures' Or similar terminology and hopefully find what you're looking for here:
