A little more progress this evening. Though predictably for me I have been unable to undo the bottom two in the wheel arch, so have left them for tonight with penetrating oil!

Anyone know if the the roof colour would be Limestone for my 90 - code LRC007 perhaps but can't seem to find any touch-up? Rob

Coming along nicely. There is something just right about a basic Tdi Defender. Wolf wheels are cool.

Stunning transformation from when you first got it! It was yours that convinced me to get Wolf HD wheels for mine. Steering guard looks great, where did you get it from? Matt.

Thanks, but honestly only a very very gentle refurb - steering guard is Terrafirma TFR841R, though prices seem to have gone up Shocked Rob

That looks great and, apart from the decals and lack of side windows, very similar to mine. I love the wolf wheels and it's something I want too, but I need to buy more important things first, like doors Rolling Eyes Darren

great one that one

you can check the mileage with the online MOT checker on the .gov website, it goes back a few years so should be good for tallying up the mileage 2008 Santorini Black 110 XS USW (Sold)

You mentioned replacing/repairing panels as they were dented, your truck obviously so do what you want to it , but really i'd just keep it as is if it was mine, battle scars suit an old defender, or at least I think so. Might be due to the abused ones I used to drive in the military mind you Smile 3 Landrovers

Thanks, tried to keep a fairly classic look. Wheels are genuine Wolfs so 6.5" wide and offset of ET20, I think. Tyres are BFG mud terrains 235 85 16 Thumbs Up Rob

Recent progress largely unseen but includes, new wheels/tyres, a-frame ball joint, HD steering rods etc

But, this is very recent pic with my daughters horsebox
